    Case study: Towry's complete UX overhaul

    After their acquisition of Ashcourt Rowan, Towry created a new brand proposition. Integrating the brand into the site required a complete redesign and they wanted to use this opportunity to rework the user experience. As the UX lead, I drastically simplified the information architecture for prospective clients. In addition, I empowered the CMS administrator by giving them tools to create more engaging user experiences. The work went live in January 2016.

    About Monty

    After studying Philosophy as an undergrad, Monty completed his Master’s of Science (MS) in Computer Science at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. His research focused on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) with publications in usability, text readability, fitness visualisation, input devices, 3D tracking, and colour selection interfaces. Since 2010, Monty has been working as a user experience designer and analytics technologist at digital marketing agencies.
