User Experience Design

User experience is the key differentiator between successful and unsuccessful digital products.

  • Prototypes and wireframes
  • Information architecture (sitemaps)
  • User journeys
  • Requirements Gathering

Formalising the business, user, and system requirements is essential to calculate feature costs and meet the delivery date.

  • Stakeholder workshops
  • Competitor analysis
  • Heuristic (UX) audits
  • Data analysis
  • User Research

Quantitatively evaluating designs can be done at any stage in the product development lifecycle, from information architecture planning to interactive prototypes.

  • User testing
  • Site surveys
  • Personas
  • Analytics

Tracking the your users is a fundamental step in understanding their behaviour and checking the extent of your digital reach.

  • Google Analytics account setup
  • Google Tag Manager implementation
  • Analytics audits
  • Automated reporting
  • Website Consulting

Understanding your business objectives is essential to establish a project’s scope and create a long-term product strategy. Once this vision has been designed, we can select the most appropriate CMS, determine the project timeline, and assemble a cost-effective team. When the CMS has been created, your staff will be trained how to use the platform and be given training documentation for new employee onboarding. This holistic solution can be scaled to the needs of your business.

Case study: Towry's complete UX overhaul

After their acquisition of Ashcourt Rowan, Towry created a new brand proposition. Integrating the brand into the site required a complete redesign and they wanted to use this opportunity to rework the user experience. As the UX lead, I drastically simplified the information architecture for prospective clients. In addition, I empowered the CMS administrator by giving them tools to create more engaging user experiences. The work went live in January 2016.
